hi guys,
I''m completely new to yoga and found this site just by chance, never had much interest until recently realising I need to learn to relax and take care of myself, yoga seems to be the right place for me, I''ve been reading several articles here and elsewhere, and learning a few excercises on this site and already feeling better for it :-)

hoping someone can help out with what might be the best exercises for me? physically I''m having aches and hearing cracking coming from mainly my neck, shoulders, back and ankles, still being young I think I should be in better shape lol, as a performer (singer in a rock band) I do abuse my body on stage thrashing about etc. may sound silly to some but its a great feeling to just let go and headbang, jump arouns etc and as a frontman its expected to put on a good show, but I''m sure at least some of my problems come from this, and I do spend a lot of my time offstage trying to relax properly and re-energise as it were,

so if anyone has any recommendations as to what exercises would help these particular areas feel free to point me in the right direction

thanks guys

Some of the most classical date venues are taking someone out for dinner, going to the cinema

Hi!

I would also try restorative poses. It is a slower paced class and it will allow your body to move slowly into the stretches and it will help to heal the body in a more quite practice.
