Iyengar yoga, one of the world''''s most widely-practiced methods, emphasizes correct alignment of all parts of the body within each yoga posture. This precision builds strength and stamina-;balance and flexibility-;and a new sense of well-being.
Iyengar Yoga Center Houston is directed by Pauline Schloesser. Pauline is a dedicated Iyengar yoga practitioner and teacher. Her classes in Houston take place at the Heights School of Yoga.

Hi,...........

Everywhere you are advertising about Pauline Schloesser...

I am very much interested about her.
I would be very happy if you could post some of her photos in Yoga posture here in this forum to see an expert yoga master in action..............

Thanks

It seems Pauline's photos are on her web site. If you actually click on the included links, of which the OP inserts two of them, then you can see for yourself.

However I'd suggest a re-framing since seeing someone's body has nothing at all to do with their "mastery" of yoga. Yoga is about a mastery of living.

Iyengar Yoga is characterized by great attention to detail and precise focus on body alignment. Iyengar pioneered the use of "props" such as cushions, benches, blocks, straps, and even sand bags, which function as aids allowing beginners to experience asanas more easily and fully than might otherwise be possible without several years of practice. Props also allow tired or ill students to enjoy the benefits of many asana via fully "supported" methods requiring less muscular effort.

In the Orient

young bulls are tested for the fight arena in a certain manner. New Jersey Escorts Each is brought to the ring and allowed to attack a picador who pricks them with a lance. New Jersey Asian Escort The bravery of each bull is then rated with care according to the number of times he demonstrates his willingness to charge in spite of the sting of the blade. New Jersey Escort Henceforth will I recognize that each day I am tested by life in like manner. If I persist, if I continue to try, if I continue to charge forward, I will succeed. New Jersey Asian Escorts

There are great Iyengar teachers everywhere. I would suggest doing a google search to see what is near you. Each teacher has a different style of teaching and all yoga teachers teach on personal experience and growth. If a teacher has stopped learning herself then that will show in her practice as well as if a teacher continues to challenge and grow in his or her own practice.

Namaste,
Morgan
