hi,

with kurmasana the instruction is to put the hands flat on the floor. i find there''''s a lot of pressure on the elbows.so then i back off, if i turn my hands i don''''t feel that pressure and can go deeper.
what are your experiences with this pose? and how important is it to have the palms facing the floor?

thanks,
wim

Beautiful Smile and Love

A long time ago, there was Calgary Escort a huge apple tree. A little boy Calgary Escorts loved to come and play around it every day. He climbed to the tree top, ate Calgary Asian Escort the apples, took a nap Calgary Asian Escorts under the shadow… He loved the tree and the tree loved to play with him.

Yes, you would feel the pressure at the beginning. But, don't be stressed. Continue it as long as you can. If you are having a real tough time, then reduce the practice time. You would gradually be able to do it comfortably. When I started practicing it, the same thing happened to me as well. But, now I am much more comfortable with it. So, don't worry and don't put pressure on your body.
