I''m new to yoga and was just sort of trying out the sun salutation to see if I liked yoga. I''m having some trouble, though.
I can''t do step 4 or step 9 that''s shown on this site.
I can''t tell in the animation or pictures, is my leg that I bring
forward supposed to be under my chest because it seems like that should
be where it goes but my back has to be arched in the opposite direction
(e.g. upwards) in order to fit my leg under and keep my hands on the
floor.
I know that, short as I am, what height I have is mostly in my legs. Are
my legs too long for this and, therefore, placing my knees too high or
am I just doing it wrong?
