upcoming Teacher Training Certification will transform you inside and out as

As a trainee, you will be offered a very strong, practical
foundation of yoga with its main focus on learning how to be a safe teacher as
attending to students’ needs and creating a safe environment for any size or
level of class to ensure your longevity as a teacher.
Style of Teaching: The main focus and style of the your teacher
training is grounded in the Krishnamacharya lineage with a focus on Vinyasa
flow. You will come away from this program with an understanding of the science
of alignment, the astuteness of Ashtanga, the creative flow of Vinyasa, and the
life-affirming essence of Anusara. This in-depth training also includes
specialty areas of teaching such as teaching restorative classes, yoga for
beginners, prenatal yoga and pranayama.This program also includes ayurveda,
subtle body, and anatomy specific to yoga which leaves students with a strong
understanding of these complimentary sister sciences to teaching yoga.
Knowledge in these areas can be extremely helpful, especially in large classes
that tend to include all types of people including high stressed individuals,
and new students.
The philosophy component of the program mainly focuses on
Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and participants will leave with a fairly good
understanding of this philosophy through a combination of in-class discussions
and homework.

Teaching Methodology (20 hours)
The Art of Sequencing - Cultivating Creativity (20 hours)
Anatomy and Physiology (20 hours)

History & Philosophy (10 hours)
Living your Yoga & Taking your Practice off the mat (10 hours)

Erica Blitz (ERYT 200):
Erica has been studying and practicing yoga since 1996. Her style
teaching is steeped with an intensive background of yogic studies in healing
arts, meditation, and health sciences (anatomy, psychology, nutrition and plant
medicine). She has been teaching classes, workshops and teacher trainings in
Vancouver, China and Nicaragua. She is also a freelance writer and editor
focusing on travel, wellness, yoga, sustainability and lifestyle. She writes
the Wellness Column in the Vancouver View. Her work has appeared in other
publications including the Vancouver Sun and SharedVISION.

the single most incredible dropzone in the world, located in the heart of the
amazing city of Dubai, on it''s very own peninsula, right at the base of the
iconic Palm Jumeirah! This spacious venue offers ample parking, free Internet
and showers for your own convenience while we train, learn, sweat and practice
hours and hours of yoga during the month!
Prerequisites :
No formal experience is required to enroll in this Yoga Teacher
Training program. However, it is recommended that you have had at least 6
months of regular practice prior to the start of the course. Participating in
this training will be a profound experience, taking you to places in your body
and mind that you never thought possible. We will be doing lots and lots of
yoga, and you will be required to practice for at least 12 hours per week.
This training is invaluable for those wishing to teach or for
students seeking to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga. Like any
quality learning experience trainees will have information to draw upon long
after the program is over. This course is one of the best investments students
could make in their selves physically, mentally and spiritually. Students will
leave with a stronger asana practice and deeper understanding that yoga is a
