We offers yoga teachers training courses for 200 and 500 hrs through Association for Yoga and Meditation and Indian Yoga Alliance registered International Yoga Federation Argentina and Yoga Alliance lead by Yogi Chetan Mahesh the Himalayan Yogi of Rishikesh. The yoga courses are residential as well as non residential which focus asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, kriya, relaxation and meditation along with yogic anatomy and physiology, psychology and teaching methodology.
