Classes Offered are:

Hot Flow Yoga
Duration: 75 minutes
Hot Flow Yoga is similar to Bikram yoga and involves a series of yoga poses and breathing exercises done in a heated room. Doing yoga in a heated room promotes profuse sweating which is great for detoxification. It also keeps the body very warm and, therefore, more flexible. Make sure to drink lots of water days and hours before your class, and right after as well.

Gentle Flow Yoga
Duration: 75 minutes
Gentle Flow Yoga is a form of classical hatha yoga that is done at a slower pace. It is very relaxing and invigorating, and is suitable for people of all ages, sizes and fitness levels. It also assists with stress and weight management.

Power Yoga
Duration: 75 minutes
An exhilarating Vinyasa style class designed to sculpt your body, improve flexibility, increase coordination and muscle tone while relieving stress & tension. Power Yoga explores stillness within motion, strength within ease, wisdom within action. This class includes extended sun salutations that build strength and endurance, balancing poses to foster determination, core strengthening poses that sculpt the mid-section while adding fluidity to the spine for injury prevention and deep hip and shoulder opening poses to release tension in the body. The intense, flowing movements along with guided breath makes this class a memorable experience. Power Yoga is suitable for all levels … just remember to listen to the body, take a break when you need to and follow the modifications right for you.

Corporate Yoga
Our yoga class lasts for 60 minutes as we teach your employees stretching postures, meditation techniques and breathing exercises that will help them approach life and its challenges with a quiet mind and healthy body.

We would like to keep our classes to a maximum of 15 students so as to allow our instructors to correct each student with their postures. We believe in the quality of the classes we teach.

Yoga for Kids
a special program designed for children ages 4-11 years old. Fun and simple stretching for body awareness and help kids with their concentration and focus.

Yoga for Golf
Duration: (0) minutes
A specific program designed for golfers to increase flexibility and range of motion as well as concentration.

Yoga for Seniors
a gentle workout specially designed for 65 years old and above and those with very limited mobility.

Prenatal Yoga
This is good for pregnancy.

And we also offer Ballet Classes
