MY NAME : SRINIVAS AGE 47 PLEASE SUGGEST ME YOGASANA THAT WILL REDUCE ABDOMEN WITHOUT GIVING PRESSURE OR STRAIN ON ABDOMEN
CASE DETAILS : I GOT CATARACT OPERATION FOR MY LEFT EYE IN September 2009. THE OPERATION TOOK LONG TIME OF ONE HOUR ABOVE- THE REASON TOLD BY THE DOCTOR WAS THE LENSE WAS DISTRUBED AND IT IS NOT IN ITS PLACE. AND BECAUSE OF THIS THE TOTAL CATARACT CANNOT BE REMOVED AND A TINY PORTION OF CATARACT CANNOT BE TAKENOUT AND IT HAS TO CLEAR ON ITS OWN. TILL NOW I DID NOT GOT A GOOD CLER VISION. AND READING IS HAVING A DIFFICULTY THE DOCTOR SAYS THIS HAPPENED BECAUSE MORE ABDOMINAL EXERCISES WERE DONE. HE SAYS FOR MYOPIA PEOPLE THE MINUS POWER WILL GO ON INCREASING IF THEY DO ANY ABDOMINAL EXERCISE. EVEN THE POWER WILL INCREASE AND LENSE WILL GET DISTURBED IF THEY TRAVEL IN BULLOCKCART or ON ROUGH ROADS
THE DOCTOR SAYS DON’T DO ANY ABDOMINAL EXERCISE AND SARVANGASANA IN LIFE TIME- BECAUSE IT MAY DAMAGE PERMANANTLY THE VISION. AND FURTHER IT MAY SPOIL THE RIGHT SIDE EYE.
NOW I AM DOING STATIONARY CYCLING 15 MINUTES, TWISTING , AND OTHER EXERCISES 10MINUTES, PRANAYAMA - SURYABHEDANA, ANULOMA VILOMA, ETC FOR 10 MINUTES AND FEW YOGASANAS.
PLEASE TELL ME IF THERE IS ANY SPECIAL YOGASANA FOR ABODOMEN REDUCTION WITH OUT GIVING A PRESURE OR STRAIN.
THE EYE DOCTORS SAYING THAT DO THE EXCERCISE OR ASANAS SHOULD NOT INCREASE BLOOD PRSSURE TO HEAD AREA WHICH WILL CAUSE PROBLEMS TO THE EYE
