my daughter anna is pregnant( senenth month) and in the last week she went ill with the karpal syndrom. it started with the right hand and this week it is going to the left hand too.. she is in a yoga training for pregnant women, so she is in a good shape . are there any good movements for this ???? thanks for any further information.
