Yoga Exercises - Warm-up Poses

In Yoga, it is very important to do some Warm-up Poses before a session so you will be physically ready for the Yoga Poses that you want to practice. Moreover, Warm-up exercises will prepare your body for more difficult poses in the future. In this section, learn some poses and exercises that you can do before a Yoga class:

Warm-Up Poses - Eye Training Eye Training

These Warm-up exercises can be the alternative of Sun-salutation for the beginners middle aged Yoga students. These are safe and effective to serve the purpose of warm-up exercises.

Hello, i love yoga. I find it the best way to relax, but i wondering about 2 things... can you REALLY stretch the eyes??? and when stressed is it better to do yoga then or when your in a calm mood??? thank you.
