Exactly what yoga exercises are good for swimmers. I would reaaly like to include yoga in my students training regimen.

Sun Salutation (Includes: Mountain, Arms Overhead, Forward Fold, Half Forward Fold, Plank, Up Dog, and Down Dog)
Eagle
Downward Facing Dog
Upward Facing Dog
Bound Angle Pose (Cobbler’s Pose)
Hero Pose
Tree Pose
Boat Pose
Plank Pose
