Allway Yoga
** Yoga classes - suitable for all levels. Yoga classes include Asanas, Panayama and Meditation.
** "Yoga for you" - private yoga lessons, where you can really work in your own pace, and set your own goals. (suitable for 1-3 people).
** "Family Yoga" - a yoga class for your whole family (parents & kids from age 6). A special method I have developed of teaching Yoga and Touch (shiatsu-like) to whole families. A fun way to practice, and learn with and about each other.
** Touch therapy - private sessions of shiatsu, twina and other methods of manual therapy.
** Touch therapy For Couples - shiatsu lessons for couples - learn to help each other.
