Derech HaYoga (The Yoga Way), one of Haifa’s leading yoga centers, is located on the Central Carmel, a short walk from all of Haifa’s major hotels. Owned and operated by Paula Friedland, a licensed yoga instructor and native English speaker, Derech HaYoga offers yoga classes in English to local residents, foreign students and tourists from around the world. Our studio’s inspiring and uplifting atmosphere is the perfect venue to help you relax before or after a busy day. Special classes and private sessions can be arranged for visitors to the area.
