Eilat Sivananda Yoga Center
Our Sivananda Yoga Center is located in Eilat, gateway to the African continent and the Far East. Visitors enjoy our dry climate with hot summers and mild winters making this an ideal location for the practice of yoga. The surrounding Red Sea Mountains and the Negev offer peace and solitude.
Situated on the shores of the Red Sea, our center is a short walk from the beach or the desert. Perched on the third floor of a small building, we enjoy the amazing view across the Bay of Aqaba to Jordan. Small and simple our center revels in the powerful shakti of this spectacular region.

Daily open sessions 90 minute session Intermediate open class based on sun salutation, 12 basic postures, breathing and relaxation
Yoga 1 course 8 lessons 1 hour and 45 minutes each A systematic introduction to the basic yoga postures, breathing techniques and relaxation. Prepares students for the open sessions.
Workshops Meditation, Positive Thinking, Vegetarian Cooking, Raja Yoga 2 days
Introduction to Yoga 90 minutes For those who are new to yoga. A short explanation, demonstration and practice of some basic asanas.
Meditation Walks Organized silent walks through the desert followed by a short meditation. Normally held at sunrise or sunset.
