Help Abused Victims Through 108 Sun Salutations

Welcome the New Year with 108 sun salutations and at the same time help victims of domestic abuse on Jan. 1 at Yogalife studio in Seattle, WA. Bret Cofman will lead participants through 108 sun salutations as a way to salute the New Year. Participants are encouraged to “pledge” a donation for each sun salutation. The donations are for the benefit of the victims of domestic abuse at the Catherine Booth House.
