Join Power Vinyasa Teacher Training on Jan-May

Deepen your knowledge of yoga and its different aspects with Yoga of Matthews’ Power Vinyasa Teacher Training with Dolly Stavros. The training will be held on January through May. Yoga teachers and novices alike are welcome to join.
The workshop meets all the standards of Yoga Alliance. At the end of the workshop on May, participants will receive 230 hour documentation as a registered yoga teacher for the Yoga Alliance certification. The workshop will cover topics such as Principles of Alignment, Anatomy and Physiology, Bandhas, Pranayama, Chanting, Meditation, Chakras, Yamas and Niyamas, Communication Skills, Ethics, Adjustments and Assists, History, Lifestyle, Sanskrit, Practice Teaching and Feedback, Sequencing, Book Discussions and Video Presentations.
Fee for the workshop will be $2,100 inclusive of materials. Deposit $500 to reserve your space, the rest of the fee is due by December 31, 2005. For more details, visit www.yogaofmatthews.com.
