There will be a Raja Yoga Retreat with Charles MacInerney at the Margaret Austin Retreat Center in Texas on February 3-5, 2006. Also, there will be a discounted rate for those who register before January 18. The retreat is not restricted to yoga and will cover a wide range of topics such as different types of meditation, Pranayama, Mind Mapping and many more.

Hatha Yoga classes will be taught for better awareness of the movement of the mind and body. Through this, participants will gain self-awareness, confidence and trust in their abilities. Beginners need not worry since the instructor will adjust to everyone�s capacity to make sure everyone is comfortable. As for advanced students they will find challenging poses waiting for them.

Moreover, different types of meditation will be taught including: Walking Meditation, Three Variations of Eating Meditation, Mantric Meditation, Vipassana Meditation, Detached Observation Meditation, Perfected Master Meditation, Zen Meditation, Sincere Appreciation Meditation, Dharana (concentration), Dhyana (contemplation), Somatic Meditation, Sensory Meditation, Sense Withdrawal, Flow of Consciousness Writing Meditation, and Inner Child Visualization.

Not only that, workshops that aims to find balance of the mind and body will also be conducted. Also, massages are available in discounted rates. All of the activities are optional. Whether participants prefer to spend their time taking a walk around the center or attend the activities is up to them.
