Yoga and Surfing Retreat to be Held Jan. 22-28

A variety of yoga retreats will be conducted by ViaYoga in Sayulita, Mexico. Upcoming retreat is the yoga and surfing retreat with Lauren Hanna�s �Fluid Journey� on Jan. 22-28.

This seven-day immersion will be spent practicing vinyasa flow yoga, meditation, pranayama and surfing. All levels of yoga are welcome. Beginners will be given ample support, while harder poses will be taught to the more advanced students. All students will be encouraged to try out different methods of meditation and pranayama to find the techniques that they are most comfortable with.

Surfing time will be set aside each day. This activity aims for participants to learn to respect and appreciate the ocean. First-time surfers have nothing to worry about, professional instructors of Via Yoga will be there to assist all participants.
