Yoga Workshops That Can Fit Any Lifestyle

Shree Yoga Studios in Northern Bergen County, New Jersey will be offering a variety of workshops that is sure to be beneficial to everybody. The workshop will not only benefit the participant but charity as well since the studio donates over 10% of its profits to charity.

The following are the schedule and descriptions of the workshop:

Yoga for Osteoporosis (January 28)
In this workshop, participants will be taught exercises that can help them prevent and cope with osteoporosis and kyphosis (stooped back). Moreover, alignment principles will be taught along with breathing techniques and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

The workshop is open to all levels. Interested parties who have already been diagnosed with osteoporosis are advised to consult their doctors first. Cost of the workshop is $50 and will be taught by Elizabeth Doberneck.

Yoga for Teen Boys 12 and Up (January 29)
This workshop will help teens cope with stress better and increase their flexibility. Past participants have reported that the workshop helps with weight loss and self-confidence. Parents are advised to urge their children to give this yoga workshop a try. Yoga experience is not necessary.

The workshop will be taught by Mark Ward and costs $35.

Valentine's Day Partner Yoga (February 12)
What better way for yoga couples to spend Valentine's Day together than indulge in their favorite practice? In this workshop, the couples will be taught to work together in building strength, support, stretches, breathing exercises and most importantly, connecting with each other. No yoga experience necessary.

Cost of the workshop is $75 per couple and will be taught by Chaya Spencer.
