Yoga Yoga Workshops For Everybody

A “Moving to the Yoga of Sound” workshop will be conducted on February 5 at Yoga Yoga’s North Branch in Austin, Texas. The workshop will introduce the effects of mantras to the body. Also, Yoga Yoga will offer a workshop on how to release stress through yoga.

Participants will learn how bija mantras are connected to the seven chakras of the body. Also, students will be taught how to apply the 5 alignment principles in their yoga practice. Lastly, the method of joining chanting with asanas will be taught to the participants. The class costs $30 and will be taught by Kristina Lanuza, an Anusara yoga student that studies Sanskrit and Indian classical voice.

Moreover, Yoga Yoga will offer a series of “Yoga for Stress Relief” workshop on Feb. 6 to 27. The workshop will teach participants simple yoga methods that can aid in stress relief. Also, participants will be taught what stress is, how it manifests in the body, stress indicators, how to cope with stress using yoga exercises. The workshop costs $95. Early registration is vital since only a limited number of slots are available.
