Discover ISHTA Yoga on Feb. 24-26

Join Rachel Zinman as she explores how proper breathing enhances the asana practice, mantras and Tantric
visualization techniques. The workshop will be held on February 24-26 at the Anahata Yoga Temple in Eumundi, Queensland.
Participants will practice the Ishta Diksha which is a form of kriya yoga meditation that brings peace and strength to the whole being. Also, the basics of Ishta yoga will be taught using the vinyasa practice, asanas, pranayama and the Ishta diksha meditation and the philosophy of tantra and ayurveda.
