Dru Yoga and Meditation Workshop in Mar. 11-12

Experience Dru Yoga and Meditation on March 11 and 12. The workshop will be held by Sacred Smile Yoga and will take place at arena225 in Zurich. Participants will spend the weekend learning to raise the notch on their meditation and yoga skills using the Dru Yoga techniques under the guidance of Meditation Master Chris Barrington.
March 11 will be spent studying the importance of relaxation and its effects on chakra. Also, participants will learn proper breathing techniques that could balance the prana-vayus. In addition, the art of sitting still and the power of heart meditation will be explored by the students.
March 12 will start off with pranayama techniques that could increase body awareness and clear blockages from the inner system. Alternative use of nostril breathing will be taught to balance the nadi system. There will also be an introduction to gayatri mantra and how it affects the being's elemental level, five senses, the organs of action, knowledge and the body. In addition, there will be a meditation on the gayatri mantra. The afternoon will be spent in the development of kinesthetic awareness, access subtle awareness, working with chakras and sitting still.
