Forrest Yoga Teacher Training to be Held Mar. 3-26

Want to sharpen your yoga teacher training skills or simply take your practice to a much higher level? Try the Forrest Yoga Teacher Training Program that will take place on March 3 – 26 in Santa Monica. The workshop is composed of approximately 500 hours and designed to give its participants a solid foundation in teaching Forrest Yoga.
The program will be taught by Ana Forrest. Also, the program offers participants the following opportunities:
- Study, tailor and improve your own yoga practice
- Learn to work with injuries
- Teach clearly and specifically
- Enhance communication skills
- Embark on your own personal process of healing and discovery
- Gain a greater understanding of the poses and their effects
- Develop personal and professional ethics and boundaries in teaching
- Gain insight into your own habitual behaviors and learn the tools and skills needed to change them
- Learn to set up your own Yoga Business and promote your new skills
