Register Now for a Yoga and Writing Retreat

Join Charles MacInerney and Patricia Lewis for another retreat of Yoga and Writing on March 18 to 25 at the Los Naranjos Yoga Retreat center in Yelapa, Mexico . All levels are welcome in this unique retreat.

All of us have our own stories to tell. Yoga can release those memories, stories, feelings, images and stories that our body might eventually forget in time. The workshop will help the participants raise awareness and write from the deeper levels of their consciousness. Hatha Yoga will be taught to help participants be aware of their surroundings and themselves. Participants will also learn special meditation techniques that could be helpful in relaxing the mind, boost creativity and greater consciousness of the divine.

All in all, the retreat will compose of eight days and seven nights of yoga, creative writing, meditation, visualization, vegetarian cooking and the beauty of Mexico. Registration fee for the retreat is $1550.
