Retreat into Paradise to be Held March 2-9

What better way to learn yoga but to learn it in exotic and radiant Osa Peninsula of Costa Rica? Om Time Yoga Studio will hold a Retreat into Paradise with Cindy Lusk and Shannon Paige Schneider on March 2-9. The retreat will take place in the beautiful retreat house of Tierra de Milagros.
The retreat will compose of a week of Anusara Yoga, Rajanaka philosophy and Anjaneya Restorative Yoga. Participants can also enjoy a variety of activities in between their classes such as sampling world-class Caribbean cuisine, jungle hikes, surfing, horseback riding and more. Also, participants can feast their eyes on the lush flora and fauna of sunny Costa Rica.
