4-Body Fitness, Yoga and Health Workshop

Be in tune with the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of your body. On March 23 to 26, Kripalu Yoga will hold a 4-Body Fitness, Yoga and Health workshop to teach people to understand how they could make these different aspects work together.
In this transformative program you will learn:
- How yoga practices and fitness routines enhance each other
- The physiology of disease, healing, and nutrition
- How, why, and where your four bodies hold stress and discomfort
- Ways to connect deeply with nature to access healing energy and vitality
- The purification and integration of the four bodies in a Native American sweat lodge ceremony.
All of these will be studied using a variety of tools such as meditation, breathwork and yoga postures. In result, the participant can create the stamina, strength and flexibility that will enable a person to understand the body.
