4-Body Fitness, Yoga and Health Workshop

Be in tune with the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of your body. On March 23 to 26, Kripalu Yoga will hold a 4-Body Fitness, Yoga and Health workshop to teach people to understand how they could make these different aspects work together.

In this transformative program you will learn:

How yoga practices and fitness routines enhance each other
The physiology of disease, healing, and nutrition
How, why, and where your four bodies hold stress and discomfort
Ways to connect deeply with nature to access healing energy and vitality
The purification and integration of the four bodies in a Native American sweat lodge ceremony.

All of these will be studied using a variety of tools such as meditation, breathwork and yoga postures. In result, the participant can create the stamina, strength and flexibility that will enable a person to understand the body. For more details, visit www.kripalu.org/program.
