Holistic Yoga to be Held Mar. 22 to 26

TUESDAY, 14 MARCH 2006

Join Saul David Raye for four days of Holistic Yoga and Ayurveda for Healing, Peace and Spiritual Awakening on March 22 to 26 at the Inspired Yoga Studio in Washington, DC. This workshop will concentrate on the practice of holistic yoga in the Vinyasa style.

Mornings will start off with asanas, pranayama and meditation that will be done through personal/planetary healing. Afternoons will be spent delving into the principles of holistic yoga. The teachings will also have its basis on Ayurveda, Tantra and the Universal light. More importantly, participants will have a deeper understanding of yoga and all its aspects.
