Join the Yoga Workshop In Tucson this Weekend!

If you are at the Tucson area in Arizona, you might want to join in this weekend's Anusara Yoga workshop starting March 31 to April 2.

The workshop will be offered to Level 1 and 2 students. While Level 1 students do not need any prerequisite to attend the workshop, Level 2 students must be prepared for physically challenging activities. Level 2 students and teachers, “must be able to do both handstand on the wall and Urdhva Dhanurasana with straight arms without assistance,” according to the information found on their website. Aside from that, they should not have any major physical limitations or injury. Aside from that, the teachings of the Hindu Tantra traditions will be woven into the asna, pranayama and meditations.

Level 1 students will have a 7-hour workshop for $90 while Level 2 students and teachers will have a 9-hour workshop that will cost $115.
