Yoga For Golfers Workshop on March 25

MONDAY, 20 MARCH 2006

Do you badly need to improve your stroke? Then yoga just maybe right for you. On March 25, Katherine Roberts will be facilitating The Yoga For Golfers Workshop at the Grayhawk Yoga Studio in Scottsdale, Arizona. She will be giving lessons on the current trends in golf fitness, mechanics of the swing and muscles involved, direct golf benefit of each yoga exercise, breathing awareness and its immediate benefit to golf performance, and techniques for using breathing for relaxation and visualization.

Roberts, who for 10 years has helped countless golfers improve their game through yoga, promises 20-40 percent improvement in their range, accuracy and strength on the course. The workshop which will be held from 2pm to 4pm will focus on the improvement of various aspects such as one's flexibility and strength, balance and overall fitness. Aside from that, it aims to give participants a quieter mind and have an enhanced breathing awareness, all to improve their game.

Workshop participants will also receive Roberts' DVD.
