Yoga Retreat in Maya Tulum, Mexico

Enhance your yoga practice through Bikram and Baptiste Power Yoga classes with a yoga retreat on March 25 to April 1 at the picturesque seaside resort of Maya Tulum in Mexico. This yoga retreat was arranged by Om on the Range yoga studio in Chicago, Illinois

Participants will explore chakra, partner work and a silent Bikram class. Aside from that, attendees can explore the seaside and all it has to offer in between their yoga practice. There will be morning and afternoon yoga sessions, healthy vegetarian meals combined with beautiful weather in the heart of the historic Yucatan region The yoga sessions will feature one-on-one instructor supported practice, posture clinics and new opportunities for participants to delve deeper within themselves.

Aside from the yoga sessions, participants can embark on a trip to the Mayan ruins, go snorkeling, visit the Aktun Chen caverns or take a dip in the refreshing turquoise waters of the Carribbean Sea.
