Deepening Your Yoga Practice with Reiki

Do you feel the need to deepen further you practice of yoga? If you do then, head on to the Starlite Studio, in New York, New York, Yoga on May 6, Saturday, from 2-4pm.

The workshop will introduce participants to the various aspects of Reiki, from its history to how and why it works as well as what it can do for your yoga practice. Aside from that, the two-hour workshop will also include guided meditation, a sample healing session of Reiki and a discussion on the benefits you can get by combining Reiki with Hatha Yoga.

In addition to the introductory lessons, several other things that will be included in the workshop like the Group Energy Circle, Extended Yoga Nidra with Reiki Healing Awareness as well as the opportunity to have your questions answered by the workshop's facilitator.
