Go On a Yoga & Meditation Retreat on Memorial Day!

While Memorial Day is still a little more than a month away, it is always better to plan ahead to avoid the holiday rush. Sign up now for the, �Remembering the NOW: A Memorial Day Retreat� in Sedona, Arizona with Jeff and Michelle from May 25 to 28 and get a discount from the regular registration fee.

The retreat will feature eight yoga classes, five of them to be conducted by Jeff while the other three will be given by Michelle. The classes will include Asana, Yoga Sutras and Quantum Physics, Yin and Relaxation, as well as a special class that will help you improve your practice. Aside from that, there will also be time for meditation and discussion.

Aside from the classes, you will also have the chance to hike with your friends or on your own and at the West Fork on Friday. You will also have the time to relax at the outdoor jacuzzi and pool and to catch a movie at Harkins theater.
