Mother's Day Weekend Yoga & Meditation in Texas

Whether you are a mother, a grandmother or somebody, “who wishes to celebrate motherhood”, you can start registering now for the Raja Yoga Retreat which will be held at the Margaret Austin Retreat Center in Texas on Mother's Day Weekend from May 12-14. On the other hand, if you are a husband or a boyfriend who plans on giving this retreat to your significant other as a gift, you may also do so.

The retreat which will be facilitated by Charles MacInerney, will include discussions on Raja Yoga and the Eight-fold Path, Yamas and Niyamas and the Seven Chakras. Aside from that, there will also be workshops on Pranayama and Mind-Mapping, six Hatha Yoga classes as well as eight meditation classes. The meditation classes will include classes on Working, Walking, Eating and Detached Observation. In addition to the various workshops and discussions, participants can also avail of massage services from two registered massage therapists.

The two-day event is open to students of all levels. While there are a lot of activities slated for the weekend, the participation in all the activities is optional.

Charles MacInerney is an experienced yoga teacher, having taught yoga and meditation to over 12,000 students since 1989. Aside from teaching yoga and meditation, he is also a professional public speaker and trainer.
