Therapeutic Yoga Workshop In Los Altos

MONDAY, 10 APRIL 2006

Learn more about Therapeutic Yoga through the workshop that will be conducted by Lynn-Marie Murphy at Los Altos, California on April 30th. The workshop aims to give students an experience of, “soft yet profound sense of relaxation and renewal.” Aside from that, the students will also be able to learn how to integrate Therapeutic Yoga into their own Yoga practice through this, “beautifully soft and compassionate path.”

For starters, Therapeutic Yoga is, “a synthesis of healing modalities that include; restorative yoga gentle yoga, breath work, guided meditation and hands on healing,” according to its founder, Cheri Clampett. Those who practice it experience natural healing through deep relaxation.

Lynn-Marie Murphy is a certified in Therapeutic Yoga though the founder itself, Cheri Clampett. Her focus on health, “grew out of her vast experience as critical care RN (Registered Nurse) at Stanford Hospital's Adult Cardio-Thoracic ICU.”
