Do you want to learn yoga but you're unsure of how and where to start? Then why don't you attend the Introduction to Yoga Series offered by Inner Vision Yoga? The two-part series will be held at the Inner Vision Yoga studio in Chandler, Arizona on May 20 and 27. It will introduce you to all the fundamentals of Yoga. They include:
basic yoga postures
alignment basics to take care of your body
foundational philosophy of yoga
breathing techniques
active and restorative poses
relaxation techniques
Aside from learning the fundamentals, the workshop will also introduce you to the different benefits that Yoga can give you.
The program is open to everyone who wishes to learn Yoga but doesn't know what to expect, new students who wish to refine their learning of Yoga further and to more experienced students who wish to deepen their practice as well as learning Yoga's philosophical roots.
Patricia Pagliuca will be the instructor of the Introduction to Yoga Series. She is a certified Yoga teacher for three years now.
