Looking younger with facial yoga poses

According to www.khou.com, yoga facial toning is making quite an impression nowadays. Yoga facial toning is another addition to the growing number of ways on how to look younger au naturale. Rose Tran, a yoga teacher who runs the yoga facial toning class says that a series of facial yoga poses are all it takes to erase the signs of aging. "With your determination and your discipline, you will get it," she adds.
Tran began teaching yoga facial toning three years ago. She encourages her students to do their facial exercises for at least 15 minutes every day.
