Wear a Message Shirt to Spread Spirituality

Yoga practice involves stretching and strengthening, both physically and spiritually. Newest yoga clothing trends have been reflecting the practitioners' desire to show and spread yoga's beautiful messages. "Message shirts" - yoga tops with slogans on them - which is gaining huge popularity among peace seekers and yoga affectionados are another way to spread a spiritual message across.

Yoga tops with messages like "steady bliss," "you are love," "happiness is within" and (personal favorite) "OH" in front and "Mmm�" on the back to form an "OM" sound are "getting bought like hot potatoes," according to Anastasia, yoga clothing designer, yoga teacher and an owner of www.steadybliss.com where the shirts are available for sale alongside other products with spiritual messages. Anastasia's spiritual clothing line was featured in Fit Yoga magazine, on the Tennis Channel, Lucky magazine, in Urban Yoga video, in yoga-for-tennis DVD series and online. "The best part about these spiritual message T-shirts and tank tops is that you can wear one to your yoga class, take a shower and wear another one to a party with a pair of jeans," says Marcia Kent, 26, graduate student and a longtime yoga practitioner.

Most would agree that yoga is about deepening the connection to the inner spiritual being, about getting in touch with who we really are. "Wearing a Steady Bliss tank top makes me happier, as it brings me closer to myself," says Brian Dane, 37.
