Britain Council Honors Yoga Guru

Swami Ramdev, a well-known Indian yoga expert, has been honoured by the Harrow Council in Britain.
"Millions of people have found a lasting cure by following the ways Swami Ramdev is showing us," says Councillor Anjan Patel. Ramdem asserts that yogic breathing has helped him beat paralysis and eye problems. He was welcomed by officials and was presented with a plate during the recognition.
Ramdev, considered as a reincarnation of the Hindu god Lord Rama by his followers, is a popular TV star in India. His daily exercise program which is the highest rating program in India is also broadcasted all over the world. Ramdev has been touring the United Kingdom to teach basic breathing exercises.
