Forty-three-year old Jim Kittsmiller credits his good physical shape to ananda hatha yoga. Kittsmiller, a Navy Reserve senior commander, has been practicing ananda hatha yoga at a Los Angeles yoga studio, and he is not the only American military officer doing it.
