Yoga Day in Malibu with Julie Carmen

Malibu’s Vinyasa flow Yoga teacher and actress Julie Carmen will be hosting a charity Yoga Day in Malibu. This event will raise funds for Malibu’s Nature Trust of the Santa Monica Mountains.

Nature Trust of the Santa Monica Mountains is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving nature, the environment and programs which benefit health.

The event will include the following activities:

Vinyasa flow Yoga Class for all levels
Dr. John Casey’s “Yoga Philosophy” presentation
Display of ancient Tibetan tangkas
Spa treatment, facials, acupuncture or massage
Gourmet lunch buffet c/o Diana’s Creative Catering
Spirited nature walk through Native American Chumash caves

This event will be on Sunday, October 29, 2006 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Nature Trust of the Santa Monica Mountains located at 33905 Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu.
