Yoga Instructor to Hold Camp for Asian Games
MONDAY, 30 OCTOBER 2006
An expert yoga instructor will provide counseling services to athletes participating in the 15th Doha Asian Games 2006 from November 8 to 14, from 7:30 pm to 9 pm at Qatar Design Consortium Compound. Suresh Kumar PA has an MA in Philosophy and a diploma in Yoga from Vivekananda Kendra. He is also a yoga therapist and instructor by profession and on the faculty of the Patanjali Yoga Vidya Peetham, Chalakudy, Kerala and also works as a Yoga Instructor at several Ayurveda hospitals, research institutes and health resorts.
Suresh also uses Yoga therapy for ailments like low back ache, blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, gastro intestinal problems, asthma, migraine, depression and anxiety.
