Yoga Booty Ballet Light & Easy is a perfect low-impact workout which infuses yoga moves with aerobics, shimmy and dance with some ab work at the end. This is a great workout especially if you are looking for something lighter, fun and centering. The class, led by Gillian Marloth and Teigh McDonough, undergo 35 minutes of flowing movements in a funky, colorful setting, with a drummer who keeps the beat.
