New Year’s Day Yoga Mala
THURSDAY, 28 DECEMBER 2006
Join the area yoga community in this Yoga Mala event as we mark the transition into the New Year.
Participants will move to powerful chanting and drum beats while completing an invigorating practice of 108 sun salutations. Sets of 27 sun salutes will be led by certified yoga instructors. There will be 5-10 minute breaks for gentle yoga and relaxation between sets.
At the conclusion, participants will be guided through a deep relaxation. You do not need to complete all 108 to participate, simply do what you like.
$15 donations are suggested but give what you can. All proceeds exceeding event expenses are going to The Kitchen.
