Assist & Adjustment Workshop of Twisting Asanas
SUNDAY, 28 JANUARY 2007
Join Jeff Martens and the IVY Master Teachers for another popular adjustment workshop on February 3rd at 2:30-4pm! This class will lead you in the exploration and adjustment of your twisting postures both standing and supine to help you discover your own areas of emphasis and imbalance. We will also explore adjustments in these beautiful asanas and learn about the multidimensional effect of twists on our bodies.This unique workshop includes:
- Demonstration
- Asana
- Awareness Exercises and Breathwork
- Detailed guidance
- Gentle, hands-on support on entering, holding and exiting asanas.
This event is ror teachers and students of all levels (except for the very beginner). A $10 minimum donation is suggested to go towards Free Arts of Arizona bringing the healing power of creativity to abused, homeless and at-risk children in Phoenix.
To ensure individual attention, this class is limited to the first 20 people who register.
