Law of Attraction on High Planes Yoga

High Planes Yoga is hosting "The Law of Attraction" on Saturday, Feb. 24, 2007.
Is there a gap between what your life is now and what you want your life to be? If the answer is yes, then we invite you to an innovative yoga/coaching event.
How do I apply the law of attraction in my life?
The workshop will start with a 30-minute yoga session to release tension, open our bodies and minds to new thoughts and ideas. We will move through basic yoga poses and breathing exercises, setting the stage for clarity of mind and a relaxed nervous system. Wear comfortable non-restrictive clothing, bring a bottle of water and arrive on a mostly empty stomach.
The event will begin with a 30 min yoga session deisgned to relax the body, center the mind and relax the nervous system, so you are present and ready to learn. Next, a 45 minute coaching session where we will discuss the following:
- How your self talk and vibrational energy can actually slow down your achievements.
- Why and how we attract things we don't want into our lives.
- 5 action steps you can start taking today that will make an immediate difference with your thoughts, feelings, and self-talk.
- How to have the power of your thoughts work for you and not against you.
- Living life consciously vs. by default.
We will then finish with a 30-minute yoga session using movement to reinforce the topics we discussed during the coaching session. After the final yoga session, we will have a 15-minute gathering session to share our breakthroughs.
