Yoga for People with Multiple Sclerosis

The National MS Society is pleased to announce Yoga Classes in Metuchen.
The class meets every Tuesday from 10-11 a.m. and the cost is $10. Scholarships are available based on financial need.
For people with MS, yoga can provide the following benefits:
- relief of chronic pain;
- diminishes fatigue;
- relieves depression and anxiety;
- improves spasticity;
- helps overcome stiffness;
- increases oxygen in the blood;
- promotes relaxation & sound sleeping; and
- encourages living in the moment
