Bob Gibbs Celebrates 10 years of Teaching Yoga

Bob Gibbs of the Salem Kripalu Yoga Studio in Salem, NH is celebrating his 10 year anniversary of teaching Kripalu yoga. Bob completed his 200 hour Kripalu Yoga teacher training course in June 01, 1997. He completed all of his studies at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, Massachusetts. His teachers were Melanie Armstrong King and Ann Greene.
Since completing his training, Bob has taught allover the Merrimac Valley. He started teaching at the Salem Athletic Club in Salem, NH. Bob has also taught at Gold’s Gym in Methuen, Baystate Fitness in Dracut, and Work Out World in Methuen. Corporate sites that Bob has taught at include Wyeth, P&G Gillette, and CGI in Andover. He continues to teach yoga at the Holy Family Hospital and Medical Center in Methuen. He has taught specialty classes for children at Little Sprouts Learning center in Methuen and senior’s yoga at Mary Immaculate assisted living center in Lawrence.
In April 1998, Bob became owner of the Salem Kripalu Yoga Studio, LLC at 401 Main St., Suite 206 Salem, NH. The Salem Kripalu Yoga Studio, LLC is an independently owned and operated Kripalu affiliated studio. Bob and his partner Cheryl Conway have grown the studio to over 100 active members. Classes include beginner to advanced Kripalu yoga and hot and vigorous Power Yoga. The studio also is wonderfully supported by Kripalu teachers Ilene Hallisey and Rhonda Woodward. The current teacher staff has over 25 years of teaching experience.
