Byron Bay Yoga Teacher Training Level One

Byron Yoga Centre is one of the longest running yoga schools in Australia, it was founded in 1988 by the director John Ogilvie.

Byron Bay Yoga Centre is offering both Level I (200 hour), and Level II (500 hour) yoga teacher training courses. The learning is experiential, profound and transformational. They are fully registered by the Yoga Alliance for their Level I and Level II courses. They offer Teacher training courses in Byron Bay, at their studio in a quiet location across the road from one of Byron Bay’s more private beaches, a ten minute walk to the town centre.

This training course will be on July 16 - August 24, 2007 at Byron Bay, New South Wales, Australia. Event cost is $2200.00.

While they are one of Australia’s largest Yoga teacher training facilities, the courses are kept small (approx. 20 people) to ensure personal attention. They aim to embrace the principles of adult learning and trust that they will find the course fun and interactive. The goal of this teachers training course is to achieve a holistic knowledge of yoga, and gain the skills necessary to teach yoga with an awareness and understanding, to others.
