Yoga Class for Everyone on Labor Day
WEDNESDAY, 29 AUGUST 2007
There will be a yoga class open for anyone and everyone on Labor Day. On Monday, September 3, 2007, the Dallas Metroplex Yoga Community is hosting A Free Day of Yoga which will be conducted by local yoga teachers. Sixty classes will be offered at 35 facilities.
Michelle Mock who is the event organizer said "this is a joint endeavour to introduce the community to yoga in a non intimidating way. Some people won't try it because they think it's for skinny, flexible people." This is a great opportunity to try yoga for the first time and for others to experience a different style of yoga.
Classes will be held beginning early morning and continue into the evening. There will be one giant community class at the new One Arts Plaza in downtown Dallas as a grand finale to the Free Day of Yoga.
