Shilpa Shetty's newest projects are launching her S2 productions and making a video in yoga. The Celebrity Big Brother video will focus on yoga, fitness and lifestyle plus tips on how to get a waistline like hers.
The video will be shot in the backwaters of Kerala and will be directed by Manish Jha, who also happens to be the director of Anwar and Matrabhoomi.
Shilpa will also be seen in Germany jiggling and wiggling her hips for the opening of her Miss Bollywood, a stage musical that will premier by the end of 2007. The actress seems to be happier with her career back home in Bollywood.

Fitness4Diabetics a web-based program that offers personalized fitness and nutritional coaching to people with diabetes at all levels of fitness from beginner to seasoned athlete, is hosting a series of interactive
webinars (web-based learning programs) this fall.
Six-time Ironman winner Dave Scott, a triathlete, is co-presenting the first, Cycling with Diabetes, on Tuesday, October 2nd from 7-8:30p.m. EDT, along with Delaine Wright, a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) and Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist. This seminar is being presented in collaboration with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) in preparation for the JDRF Ride to Cure in Death Valley.
Fill Up With Pep: Using Yoga To Fuel Your Life, is scheduled for October 3rd at 7 p.m. EDT. Instructor Michele Risa of BeyondBody Yoga will focus on energy production and breath work to strengthen the immune system. Delaine Wright, CDE, RCEP will also discuss how yoga helps maintain appropriate blood sugar levels during exercise.

Fall Yoga classes started this week on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10:00-11:30 at Westside Unitarian Universalist Church, 616 Fretz Rd., Knoxville, TN 37934.
David Morgan a certified teacher of K ripalu Yoga registered with the Yoga Alliance, teaches the course. The classes have a particular emphasis on weight management, though anyone is welcome whether struggling with weight issues or not.
Kripalu Yoga, often called the "yoga of consciousness" and the "yoga of compassion," stresses not only physical postures and alignment, but also the nurturing of mental and emotional states to foster self-acceptance and overall wellbeing.
Though the classes are oriented towards weight management, weight loss is a complex topic. "There are simply too many factors – body type, lifestyle, and genetics just for starters – to make any concrete weight loss claims. But yoga can certainly be a fun and fulfilling part of an overall weight-management strategy," Morgan says.

Baby and Me Yoga began just this month at Focus Yoga Studio in Brookfield.
The specialized yoga class is taught by Kristine Scott Schultz and during the hourlong session she teaches moms, dads and ca regivers how to practice traditional yoga poses while incorporating their baby through bonding exercises. According to her, they uses story, song, playful movement and infant massage and encourage parents and caregivers to own their own style for caring for the baby.
Scott Schultz, of La Grange Park, has been practicing yoga for 16 years and became interested in teaching prenatal and baby yoga classes while living with some physical discomforts during her own pregnancy in 2002.
